What a great class I had yesterday! Tandoori Chicken with Basmati Rice, accompanied by a Cucumber Raita, Roasted Veggies and Naan Bread. Chicken turned out very moist and delicious! Its amazing what a marinade with yogurt can do to the texture and flavor of chicken breast! Going forward I had great tips from my clients suggesting I have prepackaged spices on hand for the dish that requires certain ethnic spices not everyone is familiar with or hard to find at your local supermarket. I am working on having certain spices and paste ready for purchase after class so its easy for you to recreate that meal easily at home without having to go and search for it.
